WTG keeps asking to register

I have bought the program and I get this for one of my wordpress sites when I go to the WTG section in WP admin

Plugin has not been registered. Click HERE to register.

I have registered it several times in this wordpress admin. How can I make sure this is working and I there are not any stats in the log. Another words it is not working.

Just did it again and got this Registration was successful. It seems like when the cron job runs at night I get the need to register.

I need to admin that I have had issue with getting the cron job to work all the time with this site. It is hosted with mediatemple.com. Has anyone had any issues with them as to getting the cron job to work?

This is what I currently have for a cron job. php5 -q '/nfs/c01/h14/mnt/7744/domains/callactivetoday.com/html/wtgcron.php' Now looking at the log file this does not seem to be working and it is not sending me the emails.

You posted this in the wrong section of the forum which is why it did not get answered sooner - I'll get John to answer this for you both. Are you sure you have the latest versions installed?

Anyway, do you have caching plugins turned on on your site? If so, this may lead to WTG not registering properly. Let me know if this is not the case and I will take a look at your site for you
