Sorry about that. I try not to leave people hanging.
All I can think is that you have not quite got the path right. Because the message is indicating it can't find the file. You have to be precise with your uppercase/lowercase letters, and everything has to match exactly.
This wtgcron.php file... that's one you created using the code in the options page of WTG? (It shows up when you tick the enable cron job box and save your options)
I see that Tim has now added a new video in the download area showing how to set up the cron jobs for the new version. I suggest you watch that and see if that answers your questions.
