Would Like to Hear Peoples Success Stories Using Video

    Hi Folks,

Needless to say I was a bit surprised that this area of the forum was not filled with people conversing about videos. I've had a reasonable amount of success using videos. I would like to hear other peoples experiences with video.

    What niche did you choose?
How long did it take you to get up to the top of the search results?
Did you use Camtasia, Animoto or other methods or a combination of both?
And the most important question, is it converting and if so what is your conversion rate?

    Thanks folks,

    Terry

    Hi Terry,

Yes I'd love to hear from people. In our free video secrets course I show a 36 second youtube video getting a heap of views every day and how I get opt-ins directly from that video each day (they have clicked the link and visited the website to leave their email address after watching the video on youtube). We got contacted by Youtube a while back offering to put adsense on the video as well.

I can see a business model there with adsense getting views and making money from people clicking the video. But in our case we are still getting an incredible clickthrough rate to our site from a video I put up in jest and gives no real useful information. In fact I am a little embarrassed about the video so won't embed it on this post. It is in the course though...

I wish there was a way to "replace" a youtube video with a new one without losing the URL (and thus all my traffic).

Yes by all means, other peeps let us know how you are going with video.

    Cheers

    Adsense on Youtube

    Hi Tim,

Wow, that is hot stuff, with Youtube contacting you about Adsense, good for you. Right now I'm making Video & RSS the focal point of my marketing campaign, the sky is the limit with this. Thanks for your feedback!
