    John,

Appreciate the effort, but if everything is OK, why do I still get this error when I just submitted the sitemap generated by your plugin thru google webmaster tools??????

"Error loading stylesheet: An unknown error has occurred (805303f4)
    http://nextleveltutoring.net/wp-content/plugins/video-traffic-genius/sitemap_flayr.xsl"

This was supposed to be easy - I've just about run out of time here.

I don't think I should have to start re-doing posts to get your plugin to work properly. Are you guys blaming WordPress in your PM? Is some prob with WordPress my problem? I don't think so.

I'm rather new to all of this but I do think I've approached this smartly and reasonably.

I need a better solution or I'm going to want out very soon.

    Leon

    Leon,

If you want a refund then no problems - our help desk is at Marketing Assassins Help Desk! - Just send us your details and we will do it.

In this case thats exactly what we are saying - It looks like a website/hosting problem - The thing is sometimes in some cases there are weird problems like this. I mean why else would a plugin work fine with one site and not another.

We will get to the bottom of this and sort it out if we can, but please let us continue to do our best to solve this. We have thousands of people using this software and only a small percentage have problems, and do our best to sort these problems out.

    Cheers

    Tim

    Tim,

What I really want is a SOLUTION!

Is there any way that I might be able to get hostgator to help out, if they might have any bearing on the problem?

    Thanks,

    Leon

Have you explored all options as suggested by John in his PM? I will get him to come back and discuss with you here so we can get this resolved for you.

    Cheers

    Hi Leon!

Just a bit of info. When I first checked your site (soundmarketingandseo) I first looked at the video and image folders. They were both pointing towards your other site, nextleveltutoring. I corrected this, and did some test posts to verify that the sitemap and the video player were working. I also tried editing my test posts to see if the description would not change.

Technically speaking, the descriptions were taken by using Wordpress'

    "$post->post_excerpt"

functionality, so VTG was not changing anything with the excerpt, only accessing it.

So from there, I concluded that the plugin was working fine until you sent me your next message, stating that google webmasters wouldn't accept the sitemap.

I am not sure what the cause of that is, but as my previous message to you last Sunday states, I would like to ask you which of your two sites' sitemaps caused that error when you submitted it to google webmasters.

Please do be patient, debugging takes time.

    Regards,

    John

    John,

Thanks for the corrections. FYI, I just checked this morning again and the video site map generated by the VTG plugin still had problems and contained info from the WordPress sample post. Once again, I went in and corrected the info in the xml. file and re-submitted it to Google in order to hopefully render a sitemap with correct info in their database.

So, the problem persists. I'm calling hostgator today to see if there's possibly anything on their end that they can do to help - maybe it's a bandwith issue? I don't know... Also, I was wondering if VTG might be clashing in some respect with the Socrates Theme I am also running?

    Hi Leon!

    I don't think it's a bandwidth issue at all.

But I do believe you have 2 sites using VTG. Are both of them getting the same errors or only one of them? Which one was it?

    Regards,

    John
