How To Rank My Mobile Website

Does SEO work the same way for mobile as it does for desktop?

when submitting my articles, videos, podcasts for my mobile site. Is there specific sites for mobile.

    For example:
When i write an article and submit it to ezine articles. will that help my mobile site to get ranked

I want to be able to use all the websites i submit to for my desktop site for my mobile site, is that possible?

One thing to consider is the local emphasis placed on searches from mobi devices. If you are marketing local services or goods, very specific address information helps localize the business and helps it show up to people in the area.

Here is a promo video showing how I dominate local searches, and since it was made, Google has added automatic 'local live' to your (or at least, our) searches, and now there are even more hits for Hilda's keywords just because i am nearby. It is getting embarrassing...

Local Live's introduction means localized optimization just got a lot more import. Localized sites also benefit from other authority sites that back up your geo-location information. These 'citations' include B2B directories, YP listings, even linkedin profiles, and add relevance to you Google Places listing when you list them as additional resources. This, in turn, makes your site get more attention (once all the post card foolishness is done).

If you use WP, WPTouch is a plug in that is supposed to make them mobile friendly. Haven't tried it myself, so use due diligence.

SEO is a process to rank keywords, either these keywords are of mobiles or property or computers. When you write an article or post in signature you need anchor text. SEO for both desktop or mobiles site is same.

By doing link building and regularly updating your websites content you can rank your mobile website. Some methods are really effective in link building are: Social bookmarking, Directory submission, Email marketing and Forum posting.

Besides the fact that it would make no sense to continue to do so a serious problem is too that the mobile web lacks the history and pattern of the traditional "real" web. That means that many essential ranking factors don't work for the old "mobile" web. A link to m.example.com/great-post.html does not benefit www.example.com/great-post.html — and that makes no sense.

Truely when i want to develop mobile website for my website i did research for Mobile SEO and for various keywords i checked position on IPhone, ipad and tablet but i didnt see even single position difference for all 3 major SE. So i think the way your keyword rank for desktop it ranks for mobile website. So i would say no need to much worried for that and still if anyone have any experience i would keen to know that.
