Whatever feed you have, you only have to submit it once. But I don't submit the feeds that I create through Web Traffic Genius. Those feeds are automatically submitted it seems.
I just submit any other feeds, but normally only need to do it once per feed.
Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness. Be extremely mysterious, even to the point of soundlessness. Thereby you can be the director of the opponent's fate...
