Like to hear your experiences on paydotcom vs clickbank.
For those new to marketing, PayDotCom is an affiliate company that specializes in selling info products, e-books and software.
It is modeled somewhat on the successful ClickBank model and was set up by Mike Filsaime (the well known IM' er).
Probably one of the major differences is regarding affiliate payments.
With PayDotCom, the Vendors (sellers) deal directly with affiliates.
So, when you first sign up for PayDotCom as an affiliate, make your first sales, you then wait to be paid direct from the vendor.
With Clickbank, affiliates are paid AUTOMATICALLY direct form ClickBank, not from the vendor.
So Clickbank is more secure for affiliates.
BUT, don't let that put you off.
PayDotCom is still a viable company to manage the payments of the products or services you sell.
You sell your products and services through their online marketplace, and let PayDotCom take care of the rest. You get instantly to your PayPal account. (not so with Clickbank which takes a bit longer).
As an affiliate you can promote products in their marketplace and earn commissions as a PayDotCom affiliate. Commissions range from 5% - 80%.
Our experiences with PayDotCom
We use quite a number of merchants including paydotcom.
We have had no trouble getting payments made by affiliates but that could be a potential problem if you come across a dishonest vendor.
I welcome your experiences...![]()
