I have noticed the nicest webpages, most attractive and the highest converting have a similar layout to them these days including the one u guys use

Very nice, very clean, no distractions. white background lots of white space and black easy to read font, no junk on the sides etc

I am currently using wordpress blogs for my money sites and i love the functionality but it seems hard to find a truly nice theme.Either they have a bunch of ugly crap in the sidebar or footer or the header is fugly or they have all sorts of different blocks of separators etc

How can i find a template that is like the one you guys and the other top marketers are using like that, I would like a white background like that with lots of white space, black font and a nice video at the top to increase conversions...

Is there a specific wp blog theme like this or can i just upload an html page like i would for a static site or...?

I have been using Atahualpa 3.4.1 by BytesForAll; it is Thesis-like theme. Everything is customizable - everything. Mine is still pretty basically the stock theme with a few adjustments (putting comments on pages, etc.) - check out my sustainable landscaping site. The header image rotates; I should supply my own. There's tons of stuff you can tweak in the theme, it is SEO-friendly, and the customizing interface is pretty well done. You can change the layout, number and position of sidebars, customized headers and footers - lot's of stuff. And it's free...
