Static Page in Wordpress And SEO

He Guys,

Something is confusing me for some time now in my wordpress blogs.

Do I need to configure my all-in-one seo settings for a static homepage as well?

I'll explain a little bit more what I mean. My websites are mostly productname websites.For example

My basic settings for the all-in-one seo plugin are in this case the same as the seo settings for my static home page so I only use the basic all in one settings and not the all in one settings for that page.

Am I doing the right thing here or do I Need to do the all-in-one settings for my static homepage as well? If I have to do both than which one appears in Google? And Do they have to be different from each other?

I hope anyone understands what I mean.....

Yeah you're doing the right thing, or in other words, in case I'm not getting it , If you setup the homepage in the all in one seo settings, I.e. title description and keywords, and you setup the page's all in one seo settings with title description and keywords, and then make that page static as your homepage, your homepage will show the title description and keywords as you set them up for the homepage, that is to say it will not display what you setup for that individual page.
