    Social Bot

I bought SocialBot on your recommendation, i have to tell you that the user guide / handbook whatever is not very clear. it took me about a week of trying for 30 minutes here,k 30 minutes there, to finally figure out how to just get the spiders to crawl my sites.
But what I don't get, is how does this help me? Why did I buy this???? and what will it do? And how will I know it worked?

and can someone please make a VIDEO on how to start it and load up your data and use the features. I still don't know if what I am doing is right? and that user guide should be re-written so it is less of of a commercial for socialbot, and just stick to showing people how to set it up and use. (you don't need to pitch to me in the instructions, I already bought the goddamn thing!).
    cheerio...

thanks from the perpetual newbie, Donahue

When we get some time, I will look to put together a video for SocialBot for you, much in the same vein as this video I did showing how to use RSSBOT. Is this along the lines of what you are after?

Donahueg, I certainly appreciate you buying the software on our affiliate link, but I am hearing big warning bells here when you have no idea on what the software does? Are you really asking us why you bought it? Surely you would know why!

Remember, this post when you mentioned focus and putting together a detailed plan? If you do not know why you purchased some software, then maybe you need to really take the time to be clear on what you are trying to achieve and if the software does not fit into your plan get a refund quick smart.

Yes, I know you bought it on our affiliate link, and we stand to lose if you decide to do this. Never the less this vital to understand. Until you get really focused you are going to have big problems succeeding!

SocialBot is a great software package to help get your site content bookmarked and will help you as part of a plan to get web traffic.

Please do not think I am coming down hard on you here, as that is not my intention. I am drumming into you the importance of being focus and knowing exactly what you are doing, and what your plan is.

    Regards

    Tim

    Hey Tim,

Is this tool only for blogs? I know social bookmarking is usually only for blogs but then I've heard that there are ways of doing that with "straight" websites too (well,at least submitting RSS Feeds) and was wondering if this fall into this category?

    Cheers,
    Tamar

I do like the claims by Socialbot, so I will hang on to it, hoping I will see the results. There is a 60 day refund policy anyway.
But I had picked up the SEOlinkvine program with the same general idea, build my list. But its not working out. The articles they offer are terrible, so the only thing left is the article spinning, and there are plenty of other programs that do that...and truth is, you don't really need a spinner anyway, most anybody can look at an article and change some words and sentences around. (and like I promised myself and Tim is a witness, I am not supposed to be chasing every new software that comes out, instead focusing on consolodating what I have already...thanks for the warning Tim)

Hi Tamar, you can use social bookmarking to help promote ANY site, not just blogs. Essentially any web page with a URL (which of course is all of them) can be promoted easily with social bookmarking tools like SocialBot.

Keep at it, I am sure you will get there. Stay true and go with your gut feel on things as well. Keep at your plan and you should do well over time.

    Cheers

I also bought this product on your recommendation and am not very happy with it. It isn't user friendly, I spent hours signing up to all the different accounts, it couldn't show the capture codes for me to enter and I only got a fraction of them signed up. I just sent them an email requesting a refund and was told that I had agreed to their terms of no refund. But I guess it's you guys that are handling the refunds. Tim, I have bought a few products from you guys and have been more than happy with the results, but this was a real dud.

We make it clear that we ourselves are handling all refunds, so please contact our help desk and we will arrange, no problem. I would hope that by offering a personal refund you guys can see the confidence we have in this program. It works a treat!

I completely disagree with your comments about it not being user friendly. Yes not all accounts will get created automatically for you, that's the nature of the beast. When you dealing with hundreds of websites, things will changes sites will go down, login procedures will change, it's never going to be 100% success. If you are expecting that, well it's more than a little unrealistic as no program is going to do that for you.

I think you are forgetting this software package for under $30 bucks gives you HUNDREDS of backlinks each time you post. I suggest that you look at it in terms of that rather than saying a number of accounts don't get signed up. In any event any sites that are not working get fixed up in the next release. That's what the lifetime of updates are for.

Guys, this is an important point here. Many people are looking for Instant results and give up at the first sign of trouble/work/problems. In order to succeed you need to stay the course and keep working and commit to making it work. Ultimately thats how you will succeed in internet marketing.

Tony, I am not having a go at you personally here, but in my opinion you gave it no time to work, and spent some time with it and gave up. I'm suggesting a bit of perseverance would have gotten you the "results" you wanted - HEAPS OF BACKLINKS

If you not happy, then no problems, but what you have indicated is more an issue with the workings of the program that on the final results, the generation of backlinks.

Seriously it's such a no brainer, even if 10% of the links work, that is still over 100 backlinks for you. Our outsourcers use this software every week. I am not going to say Social bookmarking is the #1 priority for us, but it is part of our campaigns and it does what it sets out to do (helps our content to rank).

Maybe I do need to create that video as listed above to show you guys how to use it.

    Cheers

    Tim
