Hi Tim I can appreciate that a tech help desk would be way too much ask and to handle when so many questions are similair in nature. However posting an issue and not getting any feed back leaves to frustration and still being no further forward, just waiting. I really like this software and have applied much time and effort getting it all set up to proving to myself that it works. before coming to you here i have spent 2 days on and of with hostgator tech guys about getting the cron job to work,it is executing but not processing the data ? i need to get past this brick wall but i dont want to post it here, please get back to me.. a similair question to mine was listed a few days ago and no replies eitherthat is why i am writing to you here. thanks Lawrence
