Keywords search with Market Samurai

Hellow everyone!
My questions touchs upon the problem of choice of keywords during keywords analysis with Market Samurai.
I have few keywords with characteristics as follows:
1. ... SEO Traffic(SEOT)=150, Adwords Traffic (AWT)=2, Adwords CPC(AWCPC)=$3.0, SEO Value(SEOV)= $450
2. ... SEO Traffic(SEOT)=137, Adwords Traffic (AWT)=1, Adwords CPC(AWCPC)=$1.8, SEO Value(SEOV)= $250
3. ... SEO Traffic(SEOT)=110, Adwords Traffic (AWT)=0, Adwords CPC(AWCPC)=$1.4, SEO Value(SEOV)= $150
4. ... SEO Traffic(SEOT)=110, Adwords Traffic (AWT)=0, Adwords CPC(AWCPC)=$0.8, SEO Value(SEOV)= $90

1. Can I choose:
- the 1. as theme KW (or SEOT and AWT are very low for profitable site)?
- the 2-4 as category KW

2. What does it mean that AWT=0, but SEOV=$150?
Does it mean that there is no advertize with this KW, but there is probability that if my site will be 1st rank in Google with this KW I COULD earn $150?

3. If it is correct then is it sense to choose this KW if nobody put ads with this KW?

What is missing is competition data. That has a lot to do with whether you can rank for those phrases or not. Beside the SEOC numbers, look at the SEOC module with its matrix for your selected keyphrases.
The SEOV is SEOT x CPC (110 x $1.40 = $150)
