    Good news - no matter how different they are - If you build your website to your target users - the content and other information as they want one to see and 2) the research - whereas all the other stuff will not matter - your users can find you google and others.

    No real point submitting to yahoo given they are merging with Bing. Focus on Google and bing mainly.
