Lost Website in Google

Hi Guys ive had a website made with apples iWeb listed in Google for around three weeks,
Ive been using some of your methods for better ranking in Google and now its gone ?
Its still in Yahoo and Bing but not Google
the site is
Cosmetic Surgery In Manchester - Leaders in Cosmetic Makeovers For You
Im baffled as to whats happend or more importantly what can I do ?

I know iWeb uses some sort of frame and that could throw Google into thinking that its a duplicate site but its not
the true address is Cosmetic-Surgery
so im using a mask
Any advice would be much appriciated ,

What you are experiencing is called the 'Google Dance'. You rank, fall away, then reappear, often in a higher position than before. Happens to everybody...

Your site has only one index page also looking new, Its now at its original position, keep working and link building, try to get good link to rank higher.

According to me this happens when we do something wrong like paste same information again and put high the same keywords on the same page or any other spamming.I think you must stop work on website for some time.
