Did BacklinksNinja Get Me Penalized on Google Severly?

Hi Tim and Anthony (and Forum Community),

I love you guys and the information and software that you provide. I have achieved great results with Web Traffic Genius.

I recently signed up for Backlinks Ninja, as per your recommendation. One of my sites has been severely penalized in ranking. My site ishttp://newyorkcriminaldefenselawyer911.com. I was ranking #1 for many search terms and now not at all. I still show up when I do a url:newyorkcriminaldefenselawyer911.com search.

I wanted you to know my experience with Backlinks Ninja. I know you guys aren't all about making money and care about your customer's experience with affiliates you recommend.

I also would more than welcome any assistance or guidance that you (or anyone else) can offer regarding my situation and rectifying it.

    Thank you,
    DCNYC

    Hiya DCNYC,

Though I can't speak about backlinks ninja, I can tell you that it's quite normal to lose rankings after a promotion but give them some time and they'll come back down. For me, a normal pattern of movement after link building is to see a slight slide forward and then a few days later it's followed by a big drop backwards followed by an even bigger drop (fall out of the top 100) and about a couple weeks later reentry into the top one hundred and then a slow steady drop towards the number one position and usually if you've been link building this whole time you won't go through that drop again.

I looked at your site and it looks like you've got a quality site so I wouldn't worry about the loss of rank, at least for now.

    Hope that helps
    Chris

I agree with the previous post. I use BLN for various sites and have had good results from them.

    How old is the site?

New ones can expect the Google Dance, older ones going through it may indicate a deeper problem...

I had a bad experience using a bot to create blogs and post on them. It worked pretty good, except that after a few weeks, my sites all disappeared.

The interface's browser didn't do any sort of checking when they popped open the sites. However, when I went to them in FireFox, there were malware and attack site warnings all over the place.

The 'easy' blog sites had also been taken advantage of by hackers, and the links from those sites back to me was crippling.

You might want to look at where your backlinks are coming from...

    Hi DCNYC
I tried backlinks ninja and it didn't do ANYthing for my sites - so I doubt it has damaged your ranking.

Ultimately, it does not stand up to the test is it trying to game Google and the other SE's? It is and in the long run the value of the links will be discounted. Same goes for the other schemes, I've tried them and they did very little at all.

There are better approaches out there v- including the link liberation approach that was promoted so heavily last November.
