Marketing/Monetizing a unique niche

Im having trouble finding ways to generate revenue on my website as it is a really specific niche. So far I have
1. Adsense
2. Amazon products (ebooks/books)

In the future i wish to add
3. My own ebook to sell on clickbank as their is nothing in the niche currently

Also just one question I would like to throw out their.
4. Banner Adds, could you advertise something not really related to your topic?

Hiya Keldyn,

Adsense is certainly a way, as is Amazon. If you're willing to put in a little more effort, why not e-commerce or lead generation for local business (if applicable)? As far as banner ads being unrelated, adsense, unless you select the right option will show similar but unrelated ads on your site... the big thing is having the traffic.
