Why I probably won't be hanging out here

Wow ... I'm sad (but shouldn't be a bit surprised). I wonder if the original poster has ever set up and run a forum or not ... it's a lot of work and is very time consuming! I don't mind the AdSense and would expect you to monetize the forum in some way (or ways) and I'd rather see ads and have you promote your products than charge for the forum. I always feel that a forum is give and take ... you're here to read and learn ... to get your questions answered by others (moderators and other members) ... and to give back whenever possible. I'm not a newbie ... but when I was I learned soooo much on a forum where others were willing to help each other ... that I will always "pay it forward" any chance I get. Wow! First thread I came across and someone is giving the down under boys (Tim and what's his name ) a hard time. So I have a suggestion for my friends from down under (Anthony and what's his name ). Why don't you offer a personal coaching program for the tune of (High 5 figures you pick) for those who are more "advanced". I mean you can't be all things to all people but what you do offer I believe is excellent products and help for the larger masses who need the extra hand holding and you do a great job at that.

Sounds to me like someone got up on the wrong side of the server. Damn, Bruusk must be a miserable person. Admitting he got some help and got on his way in internet marketing and now obviously never heard the term "paying it forward" instead of helping others, he uses his time to complain about a free resource that doesn't quite fit his free requirement. I have run a couple of forums and it was a lot of work getting it them going and maintaining them, and that's why I failed miserably, because until you get HELPFUL Forum Members paid or free, it's all you baby, answering questions, trying to help when you can, and that's if everything is going good with all the technical stuff you got work on.

If anyone going to any Forum would really be honest with themselves, it's all for selfish purposes, i.e. can I get something for free? Whether it be help, a tip, drop my link, or just answer a question. And to come here and complain about a couple of Adsense strips is rediculous, that's right I do quite well and can't spell.

So I want to thank all the people here for the reasons to help, be helped and the most important part the community. Tell us why you're here, and not why you won't be here, we don't want to hear it. At least I don't.

LMAO!!! How funny Bruusk. You failed him Tim and Anthony on how to monitize his sites in all that stuff he learned from you...heck he didn't even put a link in his sig file for a little link action...( I know, I know...me either but I just got here...give me a minute..=)

I adopted the "monitize everything" philosophy years ago and haven't looked back. Of course I provide QUALITY content along with it but heck...I am here to make a living and dammit I will!

I have never received anything but awesome content from you guys and want to say thank you for that right here and now...keep it coming.

I would like to start a forum of my own soon and have copied the Bruusk conversation so that when I do I can invent "Scruff" to post it. Only thing is I will throw up a few CPA offers as well and will get to
a 1000 posts in no time!

Keep up the good and valuable work both of you selflessly give to us all and I look forward to many happy hours spent here in THIS forum....nice break from the Warriors forum I've been a part of for a good part
of 10 years....you want to talk about monitization? Good Lord! But then again....that's the NAME OF THE GAME...=)

Oh and PS...I am going to browse a few of those adsense ads and see if anything interesting catches my attention...=)))

I only browsed the forum for maybe 15 minutes and I can see already that this is a valuable forum. There's definitely something wrong with the Bruusk character. First off, I don't think he likes newbies that much, which is kinda hypocrite since he's started as one. If I have a choice, I would rather loose one "advance" Bruusk kinda customer/follower than 1/8th of a newbie follower. Basically he's not even 1/8th valuable than a newbie.

Also I just couldn't get his obsession with adsense and the concept of FREE. I would like to see him going to Google and say the same thing to them, or Facebook, or Youtube, or etc.. etc..
Anyway, I don't really dwell on negative people. But I just have to say something.

On to a more good note. I think you have a very good forum here and very active moderators and leaders that are actually willing to help, a rarity in this business. Keep it up guys!

Hey dudes,

You guys actually taught me quite a bit when I was an uber-noob in marketing and I bought one of your courses. Got some of your later softwares as well.

However, to me it seems like you guys never went on to teaching more advanced stuff. Every email you send out seems to be newbie-oriented. Also I was on one of your webinars and that was the same drill - newbie stuff, nothing that's not common knowledge for anyone past the 6-months-online border.

I was curious to have a look at this new forum of yours, so I did. However, I see that you have gone ahead and monetized all 4 posts that are on here, with adsense already.

So IMO you are not giving, you are trying to take before there is any value added.

That is the reason I probably won't hang here.

Of course you can delete this post, if that's the route you plan to take. But if you care to prove me wrong, I'd be interested to see what you are actually gonna GIVE to balance for the taking you do.
