How do you pick a No Follow fellow?

Hi Was wondering if anyone could tell me how do you know if a blog or forum is "No Follow" or not.

Also, is the jury still out on follow/no follow argument. I have heard that it does not really make all that much difference though No Follow is better but a back link is a back link

Yes, the jury is still out, but a back link is a backlink. I cheat and let Market Samurai find the blogs on topic and show me which are which. There are some scripts that someone released last year that did searches for 'powered by WordPress' and other key WP phrasing, but I have changed machines and lost those. The theory has been around that a nofollow links is unnatural and will set off a flag, so maybe random is OK...
